Rifleman Archive

I know there are a lot of complaints about rifleman right now, but i think that is becuase rifleman is pretty much only good as a supporting role for right now.

A snipers strength is his range and stealth, but lets face it, we dont have either of those in this game. Sure I can kill anything solo, he will never see me, but if it is not alone, his buddies will see me after the first shot. Until that gets fixed, rifleman is pretty much useless as a primary role, but as combat support we tear up. IfI have a brawler go up and tank for me,I can deal out a great deal of damage to all the creatures (nothing can survive taking flurry shot 2's at 3k+ damage for long, with a laser rifle at speed of 3 i can dish em out fast).

If you are the soloing type like I am i suggest you get another skill to help you out. I am a Master Teras Kasi, i find that the TK rifleman combo is a very nice combination, I always fight on my own terms. I can dish out plenty of damage from long range, and if anything survives that long enough to get up to me, I go unarmed and i can pretty much solo anything this way.

I know most of the riflemen probably will not want to hear it, but if you go into the game with the mind set that rifleman is a supporting role( which in my opinion it will be until we can be concealed from pack hunting mobs), you will find that you can gain exp much faster than if you try and solo ( i learned that the hard way).
