How should I proceed up the Rifleman tree?

I am currently at 1-0-0-0. Should I still go for 1-0-3-0 then back up the first three like 4-0-3-0? Or should soemthing else be done?

Rotor - Will cease to exist May 3rd.

I'd go 1-1-0-x then go 1-1-3-x if I were you. Yes conceal shot takes a long time to kill the big nasty MOB's, but now you can kill the packs medium nasty MOB's wich all BAF with ease.

Once you get conceal shot go to the reb base on Rori and hunt the MOB's around it. They usually give 1K xp a peice and only take 3-6 shots to kill. You also can get alot of AP because before anyone trians with the rifleman trainer their they ask local Riflemen for a train.
