Thread: Which attacks aren't random damage?

I'm working on becoming a master rifleman and right now I'm 3124. I was wondering which specials DON'T do random HAM damage(besides HS3). I just got surprise shot but I haven't tried it yet. I hope one of them does health damage because I hate random damage. I like conceal shot but it's like killing my target 3 times. Someone please enlighten me.

I'm really new to the rifleman profession my self so i cannot really answer your question, but i tend to be using mostly HS2 and conceal shot all the time, but i'm only 0100. I like the head shot because i can drop most targets in 2 or 3 shots, which from prone and 64m out I tend to drop them before thay know what hit time.. I play on comming back to the thread to see other answers though.
