From what I understand, Rifle Crawl Speed is a non-existant skill, so the skill attachment would be wortrhless. I could be wrong tho.

Rifle Crawlspeed used to work, some. It currently does nothing, so it is useless at the moment. Who knows? They may eventually reimplement it, so it may be worth hanging on to. But right now it is about as useful as skills like 1H Melee Counterattack.

Hehe...
I sliced a bunch of armor for a weaponsmith friend who knew nothing about rifles. She paid me well, but also gave me some armor attachments knowing i was a rifleman. They were crawl speed enhancements, like yours, so I just thanked her and filed them away. Maybe one day............
