Don't know if anyone has had this happened to them but I bought a +1 Rifle speed skill tape and went to put it on my shirt that had one +1 Rifle speed tape on it with 3 sockets left. The shirt is in near perfect condition. I dropped the skill tape over the shirt and it disappeared like it got applied to the shirt. I checked the shirt and still only +1 Rifle speed with 3 sockets showing as usable. I checked my inventory about 8 times....every bit of it....and it was nowhere to be found. I only have 3 other clothing items and I checked them and not on any of them.

I put on my other clothes and indeed showed no bonus to rifle speed under my skill mods. I put back on my normal fighting outfit and still only showed +2 to rifle speed.

I was wearing the shirt when I tried to put it on.....I tried logging all the way out of the game and back in and still no extra bonus or skill tape. Am I missing something here like you can only apply skill tapes or attachments when it's unequipped?

you cant have more than one of the same type of power up on the same piece of clothing (from my experiences) the new one just simply cancelled out the old one.. im sorry you wasted your money... what server are you on?
