Thread: What is the best armor protection for a pvp master riflman?

Thinking of starting the pvp stuff...i have been a rifleman for almost a year now and never tried it. Just need to know where to start.

well, once upon a time it used to be fun to try out various armor setups with rifleman to see what would work. Not any longer. If you want to compete in pvp you have to do what everyone else does, get yourself some stun-layered composite, preferably sliced for effectiveness if you can get it. Don't worry about encumbrance, buffs, brandy, canape, etc. will negate those. Also find yourself some Imperial Prototype PSG's, just be sure to re-equip it every once in awhile to make sure it is working.

Its a shame - but the first reply is right. Everyone has the same armour on, the same buffs, and the same brandy etc...

i have 70% base suit with 40% stun in helmet chest piece and leggins and an imperial prototype psg with 44% stun and brandy canape and muon and eqrbrulium as back up

Yeah, I have personally 41% stun helm and chest, a 46% stun PSG. It's funny watching people who use stun weapons, as they gasp as practically all damage is disspated. I have my 75% base, stun vulnerable, composite helm and chest hotkeyed for energy and everything else.
