Of an elder, I just made Master rifleman today so i dont know, Is it usefull at all?

It'd be better as a clothing attachment(in my opinion), but YES!

Nah, it'd be fine in an Ubese shirt - word of advice though, don't get a Belt with attachments in it (Wearing Belt = NO PSG's). It hurts. Trust me.

Does the Block skill affect Ranged AND melee Attacks?
And what´s the cap for Block I lootet a Block +5 but don´t know if this will help much :-(
I think Melee Defense is more important cos I´m doing very badly when a Melee comes close :-P

The cap for certain defenses is kinda buggy. But it has been said by the devs that the greatest modifier you can get from CA/AA is +25.
