I'm kind of new to this game and i read somewhere that this gun is very good for hunting in geo caves, and for hunting krayts when i'm higher. where can i get one and how good are they compared to T21 against them

It's all about the damage type. Rule of thumb, if it has energy resist above 30% more then the acid resist then go with the Tenlos. This all depends on your speeds and weapons but that all being what is typical the AP tends to dictate that 30% rule and the fact that the Tenloshas aslightly less damage output.

where can i find one/how much will it cost me

Most master weapon smiths can make them. The components aren't too hard to get a hold of. If you do need to get the components though. It can all be found in the Geonisian Biolab on Yavin IV.

Inside the Geonosian Caves (biolab gone wrong) on Yavin, one of the roomshas three mutated animals and a scientist. If you can manage to kill, distract, or otherwise avoid the 3 mutated animals, you can talk to the scientist and he will give you the schematic for the Tenlos DXR-6b rifle. Each schematic can make 5 rifles.

Take the schematic to a weaponsmith, but be aware that he will also need"power cubes" to make the rifles. There are 4 colors of power cubes, and they all drop as loot in the geo caves. Yellow cubes= increased damage, Red cubes= speed?, green = increased condition (I think), and white cubesdont improve anything, but can be used to make the rifle. The cube loot drops as usually sets of three to fivecubes, sometimes 7. I think it takes two or three cubes to make a rifle.

You have to have Rifleman Counter-sniping 2 to be able to use the rifle effectively.

I have a very nice DXR-6b that is max damage 455 NOT powered up (but sliced). It is a VERY handy rifle to have, both inside the cave and out. There are lots of MOBs whose resistance to acid is much lower than their resistance to energy.
