Thread: SEA's and Cover

When adding a SA for Cover d i want ones that say TAKING COVER or the ones saying COVER or both are the the same or different?

Taking Cover should make it easier to get into aCovered state. Cover ones should enhance the protection that Cover provides.

Last thing I heard was that the Taking Cover (and Rifle Crawl Speed) ones don't work and the Cover ones do.
