Thread: Basic Questions About Grouping
I am posting this on this forum because I am working on Rifleman and this is the one I usually read.
I have been a neutral, solo hunter most of the time, sometimes forming two or three person groups with friends or people I meet. Only two or three times have I been in a group of more than four people.
My questions are basic ones:
1. I understand that you get more XP when grouped... is this true, and if so, how much more? Is it a percentage?
2. Do the more people in a group make the XP proportionately higher? Again, how much so if true?
3. If I form a group, can I then go off by myself (assuming its ok with my partner(s)) and kill things for higher XP, or do they have to be close or participate in the kills?

I have read that you can group with your robot and leave him in a town then go out and get the xp bonus for stuff you kill even if hes not around.
I tested this out last night for the first time and I went from 123xp solo to 152xp grouped with my bot.
I didnt test what range this worked for.
Thanks, Rasputin.
So in your case approx a 25% increase when grouped with one other.
Anyone else have any data, or more answers to the original post?

Went from 3100xp ungroupedto 3900+xp with mydriod on the old giant baz nitch. I think as long as you're grouped with it the range doesn't matter.
(Bump) So Seflyn also saw apprxa 25% jump in XP with one other. Can others of you please add anything you know about the benefits of grouping?
