Rifleman Archive

I just reached the first level of rifleman and should have gotten +5 to accuracy and aiming. I know I'm missing more. My equipment is the same style as always but better (meaning I found a good smith with sliced stuff). The only variable I do not know regards the powerups I use. I haven't been paying attention to what I'm using when so maybe that accounts for what I'm seeing. I also start off in prone everytime so it isn't movement that's throwing me off. I wait until I'm at optimum range and start with mind or headshot. So, my question is...is anyone else noticing they miss more as they progress or do I need to look closer at my powerups/some other variable?
