Well, after todays announcments it appears that we should all drop our rifles and pick up pistols. Read the pistoleer board. They are considering giving pistols duel wield abilities, twirling anaimations and holsters!!!

All we got was our already broken stuff to be looked at.

Sad sad day. Maybe if SOE realized that 90% of the people out there are using pistols they might wake up eh??

Nope, if 90% of the people are using pistols, then SOE has even more reason to ignore the other combat classes. Maybe that's their motivation. They force everyone into one class, and then they only have to worry about that single class. It still appears that there are options out there for players to choose from, so they can claim variety.

I just got triple knocked-down by a Pistoleer on my doorstep about 5 minutes ago. Good thing it's going to be even harder for us to succeed in PvP now. Well thought out changes. *sigh*

well, look on the bright side.

with two pistols in their hands they should suffer major penalties while looting our corpses.

Maybe their accuracy gets hurt... but considering pistol has the BEST accuracy, I really doubt it. Or maybe they just have about a 10% chance to fire their secondary hand weapon?

a sniper should be FEARED not laughed at by some pvp pistoleer with knockdown.

i really should appologize, its me, seems like every career I try gets the boot or the nerf. I started as a miner in beta.

I have on question, where do you see that the pistoleers are going to get duel wield pistols?
