The speed attachment would bring a master rifleman to the speed cap (over the cap, actually).

Not sure how noticable the accuracy would be though

10 speed will make a master rifleman fire every rifle at 1.0 seconds for every special. Even a rifle with 47.0 speed. The 15 accuracy would be good, but stuff like that's hard to notice.

Sorry to invade your thread but whilst on the subject how noticable is Accuracy whilst moving ? and how much to make a difference.

Well, since you cap mods from clothing at 25, you can get 25 of accuracy and 25 of accuracy while moving, and MRM have what, 160 accuracy total? It'd probably suit you pretty well.
