Thread: how does the speed cap work? whats the formula?

ok i cant figure it out lol, at master rifleman u get +90 speed, what is that 90 and how can i find out my speed if i got some rifle with speed x?

The speed formula is:
final_delay = special_delay_multiplier * weapon_delay * (100 - speed_bonus)/100
It is capped at 1.0, so anything below that will be raised to that cap. Basically, it means that each +speed point is a percentage increase. At +90 speed, you will see a 90% increase in your speed. With +100 speed everything regardless of special delay, weapon speed, etc will be at the speed cap
