I know this belongs on the Galaxy Trade forum, but I can't seem to get a response there, so I thought i wouold ask y'all. Does anyone know of a good powerup vendor on Lowca? I would appreciate any help you can give. Thanks!

Give Endora a tell. She is a master weaponsmith and master artisan. She has a vendor, but she can also make whatever powerups you want. Tell her I sent ya.
