I keep having people mention that they got their +speed tapes for rifleman from alkuans or some such. I have a set of their rings I got on auction but where can I find them in the game to kill? I am too poor to afford the 5 million price tag associated with most rifleman speed tapes.

Aakuan cave. I believe it's on Rori and should have a WP under the POI tab of your datapad. They don't tend to drop rifle speed tapes or anything, it's just that they tend to drop stuff in general. With it being camped all the time, people are bound to get rifle speed tapes from there and auction them

They are on Talus. There is a cave poi that spawns them. Also if you are in a solo group you can pull Aa'kuan missions. The champions and defenders drop aa'kuan items and they can drop up to +5 AAs. They don't drop CAs though. I really recomend being in a solo group because the poi is always camped.
