Well I have just leveled up from mere Novice Rifleman and I have a choice to make.....Concealshot( which I have heard is bugged) or Mindshot2??? Which one is best in your opinion?

Mind 2 will alow you to stack bleeds, mind 1 and mind 2. This is very nice indeed. Conceal shot does indeed work very well now, no bugs. You can drop almost anything with it if used properly but it is very slow and boring.

My opinion is get mind shot 2, it will help you take down very hardtargets much faster, especially those with a lot of armor and resists for it bypasses those things.

Best shot you need to get to at all costs is Flushing II. This will be your first area of effect attack and hasa great damage multiplier on it. When used properly in hunts of social creatures (and you have a freind with a nice tank) you will be amazed at the xp you will get.

If you solo a lot or don't have a tank pet, /concealshot is the way to go.

If you have a nice hunting group...

with other Riflemen... /mindshot2

without other Riflemen... run for /flushingshot2 as already suggested.
