Maybe I just havent seen it before, but i was hunting voritors and hit one for a action bleed. The bleed wasnt much, but I still havent done it before? Wierd or just me?

I've done it before with a good t21 and a 32.8% wound powerup. It might have to do with the wounds. I don't know.

Sometimes if you whack something hard enough it starts bleeding in a random pool.
