I cant see it any different than conceal shot, just you have to be concealed.

Can anyone explain?

Really its justa random pool, single target attack. It says you need to be in cover, not sure that you actually do. It does not work like conceal at all. Basically a broken shoot that few folks use.

I plan on useing it in a grouping situation when an AoE attack would be bad. When I get it, of course. I figure I'll go for flushing shot 2 first, though.
