Hi

I'm off killing Jawa to get a Jawa Iron Rifle. Do the Jawa have a fort/base and is this the best place to get 1 from. Also are player made ones normally better or worse.

If you want a good jawa ion rifle, get a great master weaponsmith to make one for you. It can become your super fast pvp rifle if you get the good chance of speed slice, for up and coming rifleman.

Plus the downside to killing jawas is that you get bad faction.

I know theyre stupid little things you can kill easily,but theyre all over Tat and its kinda annoying getting attacked every 2 seconds

Player made ones were supposed to be better than anything that drops of MOBs. For most part, this is true. The normal weapons you loot of NPCs are just junk. Even with bad resources, a Master Weaponsmith will be able to make you one.

However, they introduced some rare weapons. They are usually in yellow color and have "legendary" in the name, e.g. "Legendary Jawa Ion Rifle". They are way better than anything a player char can make, but they are almost impossible to find. It's nice if you have one, but you will probably go through several crates of normal rifles before you find one.

Best guess is to go to your server board and look for a WS there, use the planetary map to find a shop that sells weapons, or use the search funtion in game to look for a WS. Then buy a couple of those, and get them sliced. (If you are on Chilastra, shoot me a PM and I can sell you any Rifle you need).
