It will eventually show up. The disruptor rifle was supposed to be certified somewhere in the Rifleman tree, but when I got mine, I was suprised to see "Certified = No" despite the fact that I am a Master Rifleman, so I looked, and sure enough the weapon cert was not there. On the other hand, when I equipped it, I did not get the "You will do less damage" message either.

I have not checked recently, but I suspect the Cert is still not there, but it will eventually be added.The same will likely be true of the new one. They will put it in the game when the Corvette opens, but it will not be certified right away, but neither will it matter . They will eventually add it, too.

It's probably the same as the dxr6.. I had the same thing happen when I equipped, but when you look at the weapon itself in the examine window it should say what lvl you need for certification. So I would say just take the devs word on this one
