Ok actually change in plans lol
What if I went rifles 4/0/3/0 .. what would be best? The T21? What about disruptor rifle?

You are going to fire SLOOOOOOOOOOOOOW. and I mean slooooooooooow, but whatever you think you like...
Rifles mean nothing without the master title.

I don't think my question was how fast will i fire? it was which rifle is best...

The speed makes a rifle great at the begining, so Barb was right. Use a laser, since it is pretty good damage and the fastest rifle that does good damage.

Heya Arianne! Thanks for your help last last night - I was that crazy Reb weaponsmith who kamikazed Theed, having just mastered Rifleman minutes earlier.

I did much better after getting those buffs.There's no such thing as "the best rifle", but I'd recommend having a laser rifle and a boomstick (spraystick). The boomstick is quite useful when something gets right in your face, andwith its insane speed itwill be especially handy before you get the "RIfle Specials" line of Rifleman, which is what gives you the speed mods (at which point you can fire a laser rifle about as fast as a spraystick anyway, so the spraystick does comparatively little damage over time).
Swing by Deadra's Weapons on Rori, near the Reb outpost. I believe I've got everything you need there.

I am a Master Doc almost Master Combat Medic and am going to go with Rifles 4. What rifle would you guys recommend I use?
The gun will be sliced of course. I'm thinking Jawa but would Laser be better? I only PvE but might PvP someday.
I was thinking a sliced krayt jawa would be best but expensive. Let me know what you guys think. Thanks

My preference for rifle/CM/doc would be 4003 for sniper shot and decent speed. If you don't die after your poison run, you should pick off the now-mindless victims with headshot instead of firing random pool attacks very slowly. Even if you have a 2.6 speed rifle (speed slice + 33% speed powerup on a jawa/laser), 4030 would give you4.7 second speed on flushing2 and 3.2 on headshot2. 4003 would give 1.8 on HS2 which is much more useful in PVP.
If you're planning on primarily PVP or large group PVE, 4003. Solo/small group PVE, 4030. Use speed slices and powerups in either case.
