Hello All,
I have never been a Rifleman, just Rifles IV in Marksman, so I don't know the porfession, just its power from seeing friends use your abilities. I am working on a new template for my character, mostly for PvE purposes, I'll fight PvP with this same template, but not exclusively. I need a Ranged profession for this to be affective and I might as well as pair the damage pool with my Melee type. Heres the Template, remember that its designed for mainly PvE usage:
(Uses 249/250 Skill Points)
Master Rifleman
Master Swordsman
TKA 4/0/0/0
Scout 4/0/0/0
Any replies are welcome.

Sounds good. You should have plenty of fun with this
The only thing I have to add right now is a word of caution: While the Meditate line of TKA will help you countless times, you are not able to heal yourself in combat without at least Novice Medic. If you are alone, be sure to know your own limits so you do not have to make too many trips to the cloning center. Terrain Negotiation from Scout is nice(though I think the last bonus before Master Scout is in the third box, not the fourth), but if you are comfortable using mounts/vehicles when moving through uneven terrain, exchanging Scout 4/0/0/0 for Medic 2/0/3/0 may be better for you.
Regardless of what you do with the remaining 66 points, Swordsman/Rifleman is both fun and powerful. I don't think you'll regret it

Oh no problem there Jade. Being both a Teras Kasi Master and a Master Swordsman at the same time once, I know quite well what I could take and what I could not. I was able to take the entire Janta stronghold solo - with adaquete downtime between fights, brandy/canape, buffs and comp armour - so it shouldn't be too much of a different matter here.

For PVE, you simply cannot beat MRM, MCH (yes, creature handler) and the rest in medic. Get the pet to tank for you, and destroy all with Flushing/Strafe2.
EDIT: If you can fit Master marksman and Novice medic, even better. 95 rifle speed > ALL.
