My modified speed on my rifle is .9 with a PUP on, not sure the actual speed, but would that hit me at the cap? i have MBH, MRFM and +4 to rifles on my gloves so pretty much base offensive speed, but was wondering if i was hitting the cap?

No, you cannot fire snipershot at once per second.

I'm glad you are so excited, but the same question is asked about every other day on these boards.

Speed does help you fire faster, and yes, there are caps on their cycle times. Speed however, also helps speed up the time AFTER a shot before you can fire the next shot. The trick is to cycle attacks, not just use one over and over. I prefere using snipe shot, and follow with KD, and damage attacks for a NASTY first strike.

Yeah, I agree that is a nice opener. Personally I often do /cover --> /concealshot -->/concealshot -->snipershot -->KD --> then alternate Adv Critical Shot and Imp Head Shot. That's when I even bother with a prolonged initial strike. Sometimes I just start with a KD and stay on my feet the whole time so I stay mobile.
