There isnt one. The more spd you have the less speed you get

Im sure somebody else will come and explain it better than that.

Diminishing Return

You can have +25 Rifle Speed and +25 General Range Speed bonuses for a total of +50 speed without experiencing the diminishing return value. Basically the higher amount of bonuses you have above the initial +25 +25, the less bonus it actually gives you. So having a total of +100 over base value might seem like it would be super fast, in truth due to diminshing return, its probably not any faster then +50 (25 and 25) over base value. Basically anything over +25 per mod prolly isnt worth it just like Pre-CU with the hard cap.

BTW its all still just a theory since some Jedi CAs such as Force Power Max keep adding value onto the force bar even after the +25 "cap" so no one really knows for sure what the absolute cap is, if any.

Your rifle's speed is typically capped by the rate at which your specials timers cycle...which is slower then your rifle modified speed...
