Knee-cap Shot has always been a Snare. Rifleman never had a Root (at least after the CU).

I dunno, I find it works nicely in conjunction with a p-dart - stops the critters dead in their tracks

rifleman isnt a crowd control profession, we're lucky we have any sort of snare, and Its not the best snare but it does its job at keeping jedi off me (in combination with underhand shot)

Can't believe some peeps actually use this special, and consider it useful. IT'S GARBAGE!!! Idoubt it even slows down movement by 10%

So sad to see this go out the window. Guess it's back to WOW for me.
