I used a 4.5s delay dlt20a with master rifle today, fired headshots so fast I drained my mindpool in 7seconds.

Corse the mob I was fighting had some insane armor amt ;/

And was melee (ouch).

That seems speed sliced, dont get any guns speed sliced when you hit master. Your already going to be doing 3 shots a second with a 5 second rifle. T21 is 9 seconds base I think? So about 1 -2 shots a second. And hopefully, my Weapon Crafter will limit the HAM costs alot.
