I think this specail is a slap in the face to all rifleman.

I imagine that our weapons are slow and we get a 2.5x damage modifier to melee attack just because we can hit mind which cant be healed.

Then comes along this special Eyeshot, The BH now can for super fast and do super damage to your mind pool without any drawbacks or penalities.

"Why oh, why!! didn't I take the Blue pill"

Yeah, I had a BH do eyeshot on me twice in approximately 1 second. Not sure what weapon he was using, but it makes him better at doing mind damage than a Master Rifleman with a T21.

The ONLY thing a rifleman has in his favor is the dim hope of one-shotting his opponet. If you don't kill them in one shot, prepare to lose to everyone.

My brother and I duel for fun all the time. He's a BH, I of course a Rifleman. He has this Eye Shot ability, and it works well, just not against me. See the thing is if I get off a good (or what I call a 'normal') first shot against him, he's dead. My head shot 3 ability does 1500 damage half the time at least, whereas his eye shot does 500-600 I think max. Yes he gets off more shots, but one shot from me and its over.
