i just got a T21 though thourly impress with the power the stats list optimal range at 0.0.

is this a bug? or is optimal range at 0 so the closer the better i mean it doesn't seem right, and i miss quite a few shots i could have easily done with my laser rifle.

maybe it is for master riflemen , at the moment i have level 1 sniping with +60/+61 to my rifle accuracy.
