which is better to go for? seems like conceal may be very helpful but not closer to headshot 3. opinions?

Mindshot II all the way . Extremely lethal and useful skill , stack it with MS I for super damage over time .
Then ya just gotta worry about staying alive long enough to reap the rewards .
