I honestly have not used either one, but according to average stats, I'd say the T21. Now there are more factors that come into play, such as experimentation, and types of resources used. A super good E11 might actually do more damage than a very crappy T21, it all depends on what happened while crafting. Some may argue that the E11 is better because it is faster than the T21, but other say the T21 is better because of its damage.

Question from a rifleman noob: Wouldnt the E11 be more generally useful in PvP (at least at lower levels when your +speed skills are still relatively low)as you can usually get 1 hit kills with an E11 with considerably less delay? Which isnt to say I wouldnt want a nice T21 for every other circumstance, but it does seem like the E11 should have a small niche. At least until you get the speed bonus at master.

It really doesnt matter, as you advance farther into the Rifle. Particularly special abilities line. You get +40 speed just from that line.

I hope you are not sitting there really thinking that a Tusken rifle is better than a T21...haha... You must be drunk or just stupid.. not sure which. Or your still working on marksmen and you have no idea what your talking about.

I'm not sure what the stats are on an E11, but my sliced T21 fires at a speed of 7.3 and damage of 159-437. I was using it last night and wasn't hitting anything for less than 1100 damage to mind.

Look. I fire about 1.5 shots a second at master rifleman. This is with a 6.5 weapon. Btw, the tusken is better than both of those weapons are at the moment(for most things. ) The E11 is trash IMO.

Is the T21 really that slow?
Sure the min damage beat the crap out of my Laser Rifle...
My Laser has 20-352 damage at 3.0speed... thats fully sliced with powerup but...
Whats the basic stats on a "good" T21 anyway?

I pvp quite a bit and i find that usin the laser rifle (t21s arent available on eclipse) for one strong hit to the mind and if that doesnt kill them i quick switch to my spraystick to kill their remaining mind.

Try this again tonight. From what I heard there is a bit o' Nerf foam on our rifles now. It would be interesting to see what dmg you pull...
