You must be within 60m of a mob when it dies to get XP. The ideal range for my rifle is 60m. The purpose of this is to make kiting harder - you have to stay reasonably close to a mob when it dies. That's fine. However...
If the mob runs away 1 meter because it is fleeing or someone fires warning shot, I get zero XP.
This isn't fair. In fact it is ridiculous for riflemen. The XP range should be 80-90m instead of 60m.

I agree. This should be in the next Letter To The Devs.
Make the XP range on a kill 100m. It's not fair to riflemen that our ideal range is often around 50m and the limit for XP is 64m. The creature turns around, takes three steps and dies to a DOT and we get no XP.
