Important to know would be if there are missions for the mobs.

This way you can gain money and have a camp guaranteed.

Feral Banthas on Tatooine f.e.are good but very hard to find, since therearent any missions for them.

Sorry for OT but this board does have an edit function. It's just that most users don't have permissions to use it.

Crazed durni camps are easy to get missions for. The hard part is still having a camp left by the time you run out there to it.

What I hunt now is mostly Rogue Bagerasetson corellia, they give 494xp each and aroud 20 leathery hides. I can 1-3 headshot2 them, 3 shots is when they start to charge me. IfI get really unlucky I may take a few hits but have yet to be killed by one. I just got headshot3 late last night so I'm gonna see how that works on them.

Scyks (uber rills, basically)

1 or 2 headshots and they are down.

505 xp.

If someone could do accurate math and see how much XP you can get in an hour.

Post jaxes, it seems like some of the best exp is from faction missions. Failling that, I think getting a group (blecchhh) on Lok might work out, but most of the time groups just aren't worth it exp-wise. Once you get about half-way through rifleman, the creatures that were easy and gave good exp (ex. tabages, crazed durnis, rogue bagarasets, etc) give pitiful amounts.

Are there any mobs that can either be easily exploited or are worth the risk anywhere in the galaxy? The one planet I haven't been to yet is Dantooine, and I've heard some rumors about good exp there. Anyone have any clue?

Aye, i'm two tiers from Master riflemen... Counter-sniping expert and master.... and now most mobs give me **edit** for xp.... about all i can do is roam and TRY to find something powerful enough that doesn't group attack that i can kill... been unsucessful so far! but i'm looking!

Once you get the most important skills on rifleman (mind shot 2, HS 3) it's a good idea to just save up your rifle exp as much as you can - same goes for combat. Since your overall killing power doesn't really increase that much for each skill box, it's worth it to save up your exp as much as possible to maximize your efficiency. Once you get at least expert, you can save up 900k rifle exp at once, and that slows down the rate at which your exp gained declines by a lot.

Also, a tip for combat exp - all dot damage (ex. mindshot) is not credited towards any weapon. You can use this to your advantage. Say, you could attack a snorbal once with a CDEF carbine, and you have no skill in carbine - then kite it around, and you'd get a lot of carbine xp + more than normal amounts of combat exp. This shouldn't be such a big issue, though, since just by leveling up the whole rifleman tree you should be able to max out special abilities. This tactic also works well for leveling up your weaker combat abilities if you are planning on taking two elite combat proffessions.

Well i think that factinal missions are the best xp out there now, they aren't that much different form jax exept they are moistly ranged here is what i do with relative ease:

1: mindshot2 2 of them

2: minshot 1 the same two

3: run back and keep a 80m distance

4: when their mind is almost fully drained rush in and deal at least 1 headshot2 each

5: LOOT!!

I can almost always outrun them (mind you I'm a tier 2 ranger)

they give usually more than 800 xp plus faction points, plus loot each one

I never do more than two, I just ingnore the third or forth one.

They usually respawn over and over so you don't waste your time walking around looking for more.

Being a medic with Stims b let not have to wait between rounds just heal up and go with fvery little wait.

WARNING: if you dont use at leats a headshot on each you are getting nothing
