Thread: What does BLOCK +5 do. Anything ?

Could some tell me what Block +5 is supposed to do?
From what I can tell it does nothing. I am thinking this is 5% or 10% damage is 'blocked' and has no effect. Rfilemen are going to need a LOT of defense to stand up to BH+Pistoleer or BH+Carbiner combos. Unless you fix it so that the defense rating of rifleman lets us hang in the fight NO amount of damge is going to stop the BH's. PROVIDE DETAILED COMBAT FORMULAS PLEASE.
