I can confirm my +11 rifle crawl speed does absolutely nothing.

rifleman crawl speed is a Beta SWG skill that was removed(yeah well over 2 years old).

It stacked with ranger crawl so people were crawling faster then people could run. So it was removed.

If you team up with a Squad Leader your Crawl Speed is greatly increased.
