Hello Riflemen/women

I'm looking for some help since I have never been Rifleman. Which 2 trees would best compliment Mst Smugg/Mst Pistols? Preferably in terms ofPvP. Thanks!

So screw Rifles all together and go 0440 Carbineer? I had just heard Rifles had the damage and with Stopping I thought the range would work well.
