It seems like sense pub 18 Im getting detected allot faster Even against low level npc's. My clothes and armor are covered with AA's & CA's that give me speed +5 acc+6 cover +5 and camo/maskscent +16. Before pub 18 I could camp the blackscale compound and take one at a time down to less then half of there ham before detecting me with conceal shots then when they see me Id use knockdown and stopping and sniper shots on them. But now they see me after about 3 shots.

I have never been able to get more than 4 conceal shots off without being discovered- I have a few AA's and CA's but cover isnt enhanced by more than 3 or 4, and I don't have a borg arm. My average is 3 shots against NPC's. I often think I can get one more off before I'm seen, but prefer to break cover at that point and use sniper and kip up.
Then, of course, are the occasions where they for some reason spot you on your first conceal shot and the whole camp agros you. Those times make me sad.

Im using a tradosian hunting rifle with an ADK and 29% dmg and 25% speed power ups on it, I have the 2 cyber arms the +10 and the +5 so I have a nice range and a heck of a hit on him. But sense pub 18 I does'nt seem to be near as easy. But atleast the 76-79 urnors seem abit easier to take I dont know about the 80-82's yet
