crippling shot appears to slow down the target more then kneecap shot
they both stack if fired from different shooters so they simulate a root if both are used.

Crippling shot will make it so you can get away from an NPC
Leg shot will only make it so it does not gain on you.

I use pistoleer stopping shots, seems to work well.

I use my 90 sec electrolyte drain from 0004 CM and imp knee shot from rifleman to make ppl walk after me, then i kd them down and snipershot heh

Yeah I was doing this today against some NPCs and it's quite effective. It effectively slows them down to a crawl.

I have a carb bh buddy, we might try out triple snares against full templates sometime.... might be fun. (MC snare>kneeshot)
