It works... to a point. Conceal shot allows you to pull MOBs one at a time which is great for things like Krayt hunting or taking down high-level MOBs that hunt in groups. However, using conceal makes the MOB 'wonder' about you and start coming at you. Most can only get about 3 or 4 conceal shots off before they discover you (pulling you out of cover).

To take down a DJM, just use a root with some buddies. Works like a charm and only takes a couple of moments to kill. You just have to watch out for its ranged attacks (maybe these can't use them... I know the LJS/DJS can use lightning on you...), so stay outside of its 32m radius and you'll be fine.

They can use lighting now?

If you use conceal shot once, wait till aggro goes away, then again, and repeat like that they'll never find you. At least if you have the arms this is true.

Also I've noticed that outwith 65m from you, mobs don't regen, somehow.

Is Concealment worthbeing the first tree to grind after Novice? or should i go Sniper/other?

was toying with krayts and noticed that if you /cover and then sneak to within 15m of them, then open fire with conceal, they can never find you and never break your cover.

Be warned if they run and make it more than 15m from you, they will 'check' again and they can break cover.

Also, any other mob getting close to you can break your cover.

I solo'd about 15 Krayts with this method, but I died 5 times and ran away about 20 times lol.
