Iquit temperarely when CU was released i have started playing again
i lost my rifleman prof and now im lvl 7!
thus i am now stuck with a sliced DLT20a aint good enough what rifle which is better than a max hit of i think 100 i could use?

First of all, you just simply don't LOSE a profession and get sent magically back into Marksman. Lastly, if you WERE a Master Rifleman before the CU and did not drop it / or Respec out of it at the beginning of the CU, then you would STILL be a Master Rifleman. Also, if you had a Pre-CU Laser Rifle or T21, they would STILL be there.

Time to grind I am afraid. Not sure how you 'lost' rifleman though (bad respec?)

A friend of mine lost every skill he had when the CU hit, even before he tried a respec. I dunno how or why it happened and the CSRs basically said 'tough luck'. But we got back all his skills in less then a week, so grab a few friends and stop whinging.
