Thread: Help a new M.Rifleman Please

I created a Rifleman on my son's account (since I dont have that option on mine). I hit Master last night and broke out the T21, Woohoo. My question is how the heck do you keep your action bar from emptying in 2 seconds (exaggerating a little, lol)? Or do I just need to get action regen foods and deal with it?
The SAC on the rifle is 95, please help.

Foods are a must if you are trying to spam specials. I use brandy as a staple and add others as I need them. Another thing I use are Reinforced Stock powerups, they lower your sac (depending on the quality) about 30%.

get a low sac weapon, under 90 is good, 82 is the best. and put a sac pup on it. my rifle starts at 85 sac, and pups to 67.
