Am just wondering if it's worth investing in rifle accuracy tapes as master rifleman. Sice master rifleman has 160 rifle accuracy do these tapes actually help at all? I was under the impression that skills were capped at 125 or is that just defence mods. Anyone know how this whole accuracy lark works and what the cap is etc?

These are not capped at 125. In fact accuracy tapes are invaluble for pvp. If you are just pve you cna get awya without em, but at point blank any extra accuracy helps.
