PvP, or versus creeps, I always commence a fight with one macro.

/kneel

/aim

/overchargeshot

In case you don't know, this causes your character to get himself in fighting position, power-up for a powerful shot and deliver it with accuracy that issuiting to a rifleman.

Other than that, I only use quick buttons.
