At master we have +90 rifle speed mod. Can someone tell me what the maximum speed mod that is effectivein addition to the +90 is? How much do I need using skill tapes to max me out on spd? I've heard that +7 is the most that works, but I wanted to verify this. Thanks guys

Not sure what the question is, but lemme see if I can guess...
Use this to calculate weapon speed: Weapon Speed * Delay Modifier * (100 - Rifle Speed) / 100
You'll cap on all specials with a T-21 at +97 rifle speed.
Did I get it?

The cap is one shot per second. To find out all the modifiers, check the FAQ at the top of this forum and look for a thread called 'styles' or 'weapon styles'. Should have damage and delay modifiers as well as status effects.
