Im wondering where i can loot the BEST rifleman Skilltapes,Weapons,Attachements with +Rifle Speed, +Accuracy. Are there certain Npcs? that have more of a chance to get them from?.
I killed 2 Night sister elders with the help of a CM/pets.. How can a rifleman solo a Elder alone? She shes me after i hit her like 5 times with headshot and chases me down... Can someone give me some pointers?
