might be able to get a +22 rifle aiming attachment need to know if it works or not

it does work if you have the marksmen skill /aim
it is useful for pve when using conceal shot and with other shots if you need to make sure something dies on the first shot.
it is useless in pvp as it roots you (keeps you from moving).
generally they are not worth that much - so I would pay a max of 100k for that
