have looted 14 sec t-21's before ^_^ so 100 would help in that case

+97 will cap a 9.5 (approx) base speed rifle. I have seen one with 11.0 or there abouts. You are very unlikely to find a crafter rifle with that speed, but you could with a looted.

ok i know we get 90+ spd at master 95+ if we have master marksman now how much more wouldi need to get the spd cap the guide said 8+ is good which is just a 2 CA or AA am i wrong or what ?!

you would be correct- that is to hit the soft speed cap (+97)(most weapons will fire all specials at the 1 sec mark) to hit the full cap though you will need to get to 100 so +5 at that point

Does the FS skill ranged speed count towards the cap? If so 3 boxes there would do it.

yes they do - except for one small problem T_T


force sensitive ranged speed is currently broken.


(psuedo fix - melee speed seems to work instead)

Yes they do but they are broken they dont wokr for me I have 2 boxes so thats +6 ranged speed but it doenst work

I'm not sure ranged speed is broken. I have +90 speed and +12 FS ranged speed and I am capped on all specials with a 7.5 T21 and my 9.0 T21......at least combat log shows a shot every second, hit or miss.....So I think that ranged speed has to be working as I do not have any rifle speed SEA's, master Marksman and definitely don't have higher than +90 speed mod. Maybe some people are bugged and others are not.....heh, it happens....

hmmm you are the first report -ever- that it works. So maybe you are bugged ^_^ but in a good way. Do you also have the melee speed line? if so that is the answer as it affect riflespeed for some reason as well. Please post a log of combat + your fs skill tree as images ^_^


If what you say is true we need new testing and the devs fixed something without telling us.

It's broken (laste I heard). FS Melee is working for Ranged. Do you also have FS Melee Speed?
