Heya,

I got a friend who has had a jedi for a longtime now and it seems that ever since he has gotted master sabre i can rarely get past his sabre block. I seem to get through only if i use the faster weapons like the jawa or the spray stick.

im not sure if accuracy definds it or if there is another factor that involved.

hence if i got a +25 rifle accuracy tape would i get more shots through?

oh and btw what does rifle accuracy while moving cap at? if it caps and how proportionate is it to normal rifleaccuracy.

I hvae no good answer for you on the saberblock. I seem to get more through with a flamethrower though than a rifle, but not by much. all mods cap at +25 with modded clothing/attachments, so the highest mod you can get for rifle acc while moving is +35 10 from master, 10 from attachments.

Buy dot rifles, cuz the dot will stick even tho the shot gets blocked. Other than that, there's little one can do to saberblock, its 85% effective even before your accuracy figures in.

Accuracy doesnt actually help you get through the Lightsaber block mod, but it does make you miss far less, which in turn means more actual hits to factor into lightsaber block = more hits overall

The breakdown......

You're Rifle Accuracy mod goes against the targets Ranged Defense mod. Typically You're rifle accuracy is going to be way higher then a jedi's ranged defense so you willhit more often then not. Rifle Accuracy While Moving effects only the modifier you get from moving while shooting. Unfortunatly, after you hit a jedi, then they get a second chance to block it. Their ability to block is in no way shape or form effected by you, only their own skills effect this chance.

From my understanding accuracy, accuracy while standing, or moving have no cap. So the more accuracy the better, but when it comes to weapons, clothing, attachments the most you can get out of it is +25. So the person who said +35 is the most you can get is technically right, but as far as just accuracy well you can get 160 from master, +12 from force points (Some people say it still works, others say it doesnt, who knows), and +25 from your items. So that is a grand total of 197 in accuracy for rifles.

However, accuracy will not directly effect saber block and DOTs with high potency are the best way to go. Oh ya DXR over T21 when PVPing.

  • food and spice

  • your weapon basic accuracy (see dxr6b)

  • positional

  • /aim

easy to get over300-500 accuracy ^_^ and yet it still does not help vs jedi as they will 85% of the time deflect anything shot at them. Generally you don't need anything special asyou rarely ever miss vs jedi (unless they are still paddy with fencer) if you are a master rifleman with a dxr6b

umm no, its +25 from attachments, a mod gained IN the profession dosnt count towards that limit so u get 10 from master then u cna add another 25 on top of that so your at +35

Something I have noticed when fighting a jedi in a Big Group.

When he is close to death my Shots Seem to get through More.

There are many reasons. The one that sticks out is that his Force Bar is low.

In the begining of a fight with a Jedi it doesn't matter If he is Running away Towards or even KD/Dizzy If his Force Bar is Still Full or Close to it he Blocks Most if not all of my shots. Rarely have I ever hit them twice in a row.

But there have been serveral times when I know he has to be low on force and running from me and another jedi his mind is already low I have hit him 2 or 3 times in a row with HS3 to get a Incap. It makes since to me that this is because his Force is Low/gone. But it also could be because his mind is low. Or both for that matter. Then again maybe I was just lucky.

Has anyone noticed this or even tested this?
