Thread: If they can change Turret Max Range to 70 Meters-Why not us?
Because it was too easy to take out the 'dumb' and unmoving turrets.. thus they now shoot a tiny bit further than PC weps.. makes em more useful in defense...
In regards to the weapon ranges I would think it was more suitable to reduce pistols to a max range of 32m.. and carbine weapons to 48m.. this takes into account their differing advantages with regards to dps/accuracy/melee penalties/ and special move effects (re: KD).

try initiating combat on a stationary target at a range over 64m, and see if it still occurs.
on very large mobs like torturbulls you can hit up to 69m out .but "torturs " are like 67 , and meager torturs 65 .

Its probably a fail safe to make it so you cant shoot it without retaliation.
Reading the faction HQ updates, they made it clear that they were gonna change faction turrets to be able to shoot and target at 70 meters. Why can't they make that change with Rifleman???
Can our correspondant ask this quesiton.. and pray tell, would it be an unbelievable possibility that it might get answered with something intelligent?
