Hey I am a rifleman it seemed cool doing lots of unhealable damage to the mind. But now i am going to be a doctor to enhance rev and make some cash I hope. anyone have a idea on how bad this is going to be.

yeah that can get icky. Most importantly make sure your mind stats are nicely set up.

You can look at it from another PoV... by boosting your mind stats, you benefit BOTH your professions. And because you'll have awesome healing available, plus massive buffs as a Doc, you can sacrifice your health and action stats to boost your mind.

Remember to choose a race that has high caps for mind stats.

i have decided to go pistoleer i am going to keep my rifle around for a long time though. I plan on maybe even getting sniper4 and so i can get my DB.

I myself have been working on become a master docter and master rifleman, all the benifits have been listed already, except that as a rifleman it's much easier to make the money neccacary for buying recources to be used as meds. true you do make a little bit of tips as a docter but it's so small as to not even be considered. the best advice i can give you (being as i'm half way up the tree in each profession) DO NOT NERF YOUR PHYSICAL STATS TOO EARLY when i decided to go docter/rifleman i did a stat migration of about 1500 stat points. that was a mistake. you'll end up dieing too fast until you can start enhancing your stats (btw you can't use enhancment packs until advanced wound treatment).
